What you need is an image for your front cover, an image for your cover spine, and an image for your back cover (optional).
Go to http://www.3d-pack.com, select "book." What you need to do next is to choose the file for your front cover, back cover and spine then click the "Create 3D Box" button.
Wait for the image to be generated. You can rotate the 3D image then click the image format (jpg, png, gif) to save the image.
